I have recently came across this scammer who is using Sulekha’s name to conduct fraud. He pretended to be from Sacramento taking care of his father there and said he is renting an apartment in Fremont, CA. He said he’ll mail the keys when my friend decided to move in, but just go see around the place for now. It seemed suspicious and when I Google searched with his name “Dhaval Vyas”, I found another complaint for the same person. He rents an apartment of 2 bed 2 bath for $900-$1000 to one person, inclusive of all utilities.
