Mr. Rakesh is a highly uncivilized, rude guy. He only favors people who gets him more business (Some kutchi guy) & treats only them well. Rest all guests are treated as if he's taken them on the tour for free. He has no manners to talk to his clients & speaks really ill with people. He's really a disgusting person, forget how he treats his clients his own employees are also not treated rightly. Taking his tour was the biggest mistake that my parents had done. He was so rude and spoke very roughly with my father... People like him should not be in a service industry... Infact he's not worth to be spoken with at all.
