Sumita-vastra — Delhivery partner stealing RTO products by sending fake OTP's with out comming to delivery my RTO product to me.

Dear Team,

This is to bring to your notice that, we have observed fake attempts from the delivery partner related to my RTO that, OTP's were send to me by delhivery partner without visiting my place and moved my product to dumping status.
The delhivery partner is stealing my product and Meesho is supporting them to steal my product. I need my product back.

I have observed this fake behaviour of the delivery partner and instantly i raised the ticket mentioning the same in less than 10 minutes from receiving the OPT's from the partner without visiting my place.

It was not fair for Meesho platform to play with the new seller and benefit the delhivery partner. its complete loos to me and causing mental pressure.

This is my first RTO i being the new seller. I raised the ticket instently after receiving OTP's without visiting my palace to return my RTO Parcel,
I received the call from call center and i was informed that the case is been escalated and surprised to see that it is closed without resolution.

Pls can you share the proof of delivery reject.
I have the CC TV footage at my home from the last 15 days and i can very clearly show that no one has visited my place to give RTO to me. I also have the proof of My gate application that no one visited to give my RTO.

I request you to communicate with the delivery partner return the product to me..
Kindly do the needful on priority.
