summercool fans — summercool fan problem

I have purchased summercool fan 1400mm from Army canteen (Lekha sakha) in sector 9 chandigarh on 16 may 2014 but fan has given problem on the same day but now the fan has not running. when I contact the army canteen the refused and say that kindly contact with summercool workshop in chandigarh but I have not met summercool workshop in chandigarh.
