Sun Earth Ceramics Ltd — Non receipt of maturity amount and interest of FD

Have not received maturity amount of FD receipt no 53663 for Rs 11436 which mature on 23 April 2002. Have file several complaint with Company law Board on 12.5.03, 03.02.09 and, EOW on 23.5.03, 2.04.2012 but couldnot recover the amount. Company tells us to engage an advocate. We engaged Ms Sarojini however she also was not able to recover our amount
