Sun Industries — complaint regarding the poor parts installed in ro system which company is not replacing now however since several days now they are postponing.

After i bought the ro purifier from the company known as sun industries located in vikas puri (New delhi). Facing the problems from the day one since i bought and the service is poor they dont ask after i register my complaint to their call representatives. The rude behaviour and neglecting the complaints which delays over a month for resolutions. But this time they totally ignore the my calls and keeps me delaying for the solutions.
As it is the last month of the warranty they are delaying.
I registered the complaint 25days before for the bad quality of water after purifying it, which is caused due to membrane is of the bad quality which has gone bad.
They did not care about the warranty too.
Every complaint submitted by me has been resolved after 25-30days, however this time they ignored it totally.
I have'nt been able to use my ro purifier for 30days in last 11 months.
I need to file this complaint so that a strict action can be taken and this cannot be happen to any other person in the future.
