Sun Leasing Solution — Atm installation fraud scam

This is to inform you i gaurav soni have a shop in lajpat nagar-4, new delhi-110024 available for rent and in last year there is company name sun leasing solution who works for atm installation process, they promised me for the atm installation in my shop and they asked for the processing fees of rs 72300/- which was refundable and they gave me the check for the same amount for security purposes on june 24 i made the payment for rs.72300/- via neft to their owner' account whose name is kanchan batra and she gave me check from same account on which i made the payment. They said the process time for this proceduire is for 45 working days, but no atm is installed, they are always giving me excuses.In last month they said wil be done by 8th march and they gave me new security refundable check for rs 72300/- for dated march 14th 2016, but no atm was installaed and then told them i need the money back .Kanchan said to present the check after 20th march 2016, with her acknowledgment i deposited the check on 22 march 2016, and on march 28th the check was bounced and now they are now picking the call .

During this process their worker amit bhatnagar was doing comunication with me and in order to built my trust he gave me the copy of his pan card, voter id card and he said company is genuine, but i dont thing this is genuine company .

I would like to request please look into this mater on priority basis before they do big fraud, please take naccesary action against them

Gauravksoni, i Parvesh Kumar Chauhan is another victim of this company like you, i have a commercial space in khirki village, new delhi-110017 available for rent and in last year this company name sun leasing solution who works for atm installation process, they promised me for the Elobby atm installation in my premises and they asked for the security deposti of rs 84500/- which was refundable and they gave me the check for the same amount for security purposes on August 2015, i made the payment for rs.84500/- via neft to their owner' account whose name is kanchan batra and she gave me check from same account on which i made the payment. and apart of it they also asked for 4000 rs as processing fee(Refundable)They said the process time for this procedure is for 45 working days, Address for the company is j-41 subhash enclave beriwala bagh, hari nagar -64,

after reading the above comment from this company i am trying to reach them but they are not responding on my calls or messages.and now i have received calls from 3 more individuals about the same fraud, the same company has done fraud with them and now they are responding. request you please do the need full as their scams are increasing on daily basis

The Company has served me tremendously and is one of the best companies I have tied up with for helping me leasing/renting up my space. To the above given queries I would want to educate them about how business works and how vital it is to be patient and in such complicated tasks a delay of some weeks or months is not unusual.

I do believe in the company and yeah a delay of some duration is always acceptable.

It was taught to us in school; that patience is key and if you do not possess it;it is necessary that you step down.

The world of business is always uncertain and is full or risk; it can be diminished but cannot be eliminated.

A person should "Trust" in the process and should not hyperventilate when things go beyond the deadline as it is very common in businesses and in businesses as complicated as this in India; a lot of parties are to be considered and it is a process; it is not in the hands of one person or one agency.

I reject the above allegations to such amazing organization who have just missed some deadlines and uneducated and/or impatient people like above have no right to call it a Fraud or a scam.

I have used their services and is 100% satisfied with the results, I do understand how the businesses work and delay of some weeks or months is acceptable and is common in businesses on such large scale; The people above should have paid some attention when they were young on how patience is key or have read a book or two on how businesses work.

Again I would add that the organization is amazing and does provide the services in an effective manner.

Do not believe the nincompoops above.
