I ordered a 200w Zunsolar panel through sunonsolar.com by making full payment through PayU transaction gateway last week. So far they haven't sent any order status/tracking email and after several attempts, I was able to talk someone couple of days ago to find out my order status. They mentioned that they will email me the tracking information and the item will be dispatched on 28th Jan with Delivery schedule for 31st Jan. But I haven't received any tracking information or the item yet. I tried calling them several time, but no one answers the call. No responses to the SMS as well.
