Hi all,
I would like to bring it to your attention a scammer hotel named Sun Place House (now renamed Winter House) on booking.com.
Sun Palace House has been removed from booking.com and a new name Winter Palace is created. The photos and location is exactly the same. This is a scammer hotel
1. The location as mentioned on booking.com appears ambiguous
2. The hotel has never responded to requests pertaining to the GPS and location on map
3. I had read the reviews, many guests complained that the photos are fake and the rooms are bad. Not as great as what photos look like. Reviews are lost on website as the listing has been removed and new hotel name has fake reviews.
4. The guests complained that the location could not be found and they were taken somewhere else.
5. For specific event dates they have increased the price now to 1000 USD per night. But it’s a 2 star hotel
6. Most appliances and facilities are old and don’t work
7. Owner does not respond to platform site’s messages or even guest queries at all
8. They do not care and are fake. Scammers.
