I paid rs. 5000 on 15/04/2016 as deposit to sun rise service for a service they promised to provide. Their service was not started as promised so i decided to terminate their services. I was supposed to be paid the deposit back immediately. I have been following up with them for more than three months now but they haven't paid it back yet. They keep promising some date and don't keep it. They don't pick up my call or return it. I would like to register for recovery of my money along with damages for the delay, the loss of time and energy in following up and the mental stress. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.
