Sundar Women — wrong product and no communication

I received wrong and used product. I
Have fullfilled the form provided by this co, mentioning my bank ifc code. And before this i have send an email.
On 29th july they have send me this message " hello, thanks for placing order 45480. You can cancel order with given link load. Bz/wixr.
Now my question is that when they had to sale their products, they were very active. And they are not replying.
Therefore i request you to help me in this regard.
