Dear team,

I had taken car loan from sundaram finance, (Commercial vehicle / taxi). As i have multiple fractures in my leg, i had taken help from my friend to run the taxi business with formal agreements, but since the business is very low i was not able to pay emi's on time and i have over all 2 emis pending till feb 2020. On feb 28th 2020, executive visited my place for address verification and informed to clear the pending emis or to surrender the vehicle, and i was promised that i would get back the vehicle after clearing all previous dues, but when we arranged the amount after 5 days, branch manager informed us that we are not eligible to take our vehicle back as i have not made the payments time to time. Also said that i have only 2 options either i have to close over all loan tenure and get the vehicle back or to leave it as it is (Auction). It has been more than 2+months i have not received any call from sundaram team nor any notice. No one from the finance team is repsonding properly nor i am getting any higher authority details to request, clear dues and get my vehicle back.. I am a sole earner to my family and it is very difficult to survive even if i am doing multiple jobs and now this is leading me to get into depression and negative thoughts. Please anyone suggest me how to solve this.
