Myself sonal Jambhule from Gadchiroli (Maharashtra). Regarding the query on Sundaram Finance Ltd, I got a car loan interest of 4.5% but now they are charging 9%. And when I had a discussion with the employee of Sundaram Finance, they said if you pre-closure then it will be no charge but now they are saying, a pre-closed fee will be 5% of the total amount. Which is feel like cheating on me. And I heard that as per RBI guidelines pre-closer should not be above 2%.
It is feeling like Sundaram Finance is cheating on me and it's not a professional. What you will advise here? Was this information helpful? |
