Hi Team,

Enclosure: Loan agreement copy attached.

My name is R. Ganesh i have purchased a car Hyundai Grand i10 Sportz Model at DSC Hyundai Nandnam showroom, dated on December 2015. I have availed loan from Sundaram Finance vide Loan no. Ref: HP/Loan Agreement No. K[protected] loan tenure is 5 years and the fixed monthly EMI amount is Rs. 12, 500/- under auto debit scheme. I had been paid Rs. 90, 000/- towards booking deposit amount vide cheque dated 25/12/2015, No "797062", ICICI bank.

As per Loan agreement i have been paid all monthly installments on date without any delay and my loan was completed on last year December month of 2020 still i am yet to receive NOC letter/ information regarding of loan closure didn't even received any mail, messages and call from your end to remove Hypothetication from RTO office. Maximum time limit Hypothetication to remove 6 months only, now already 3 months was completed, this is too delay for loan closure process.

At the time of issuing loan your employee's keep on touch with us and also came to my home for collecting documents and explains about a loan procedure and formalities but for loan closure not yet received any response from your end even a single message / phone call this is i didn't expect from such a big organisation like Sundaram Finance. To enquire about this issue i personally visited Royapettah, Chennai branch office on 27th February 2021 and visit concerned Finance department but they have not provided accurate details and also i am eligible to some amount of refund as per my loan agreement i have asked that details also but i have not get any clear details from the team.

Finally finance department persons Ramakrishnan and Mr. Sri Kanan agreed to send a NOC letter and Refund cheque via courier with in 7 days but still i am not received courier from Sundaram Finance. I am not able to understand why the things are getting delay to issue NOC letter and refund cheque even after i visited in person @Sundaram office, i have done payment every month installments successfully without any due.

If it is a professional organisation once customer paid the EMI amount, you need to send the NOC letter immediately delivery to customer.

Points to be noted and yet to resolve

1.Issuance of NOC letter
2.Clear breakup with explanation of eligible refund amount, Sales Loan person assurance some amount now your team saying some amount.

Finally not yet receive the above two things from your end. Apporx 3 months got over.

Please advice as soon as possible.
