Sundaram Medical Foundation Hospital — Maintenance, staffs and operational planning

Hello all,
I and my wife are blessed with cute princess. Happy about this. But, the service I had received in the Sundaram medical foundation hospital is worst. Very worst. Below I am giving the problem that I am faced.

1. No proper facility for out patients like drinking water, fans etc.. (This is common for all )
2. My wife had a c section operation for giving birth. The doctor who attended my wife was not in the labor ward at the time of delivery. My wife was shouting like a hell due to pain. When she says the pain to nurses, they relying it's a normal don't shout, just turn and sleep ( is this the way how those guys will treat a labor person )
3. Then come, rooms. The above problems happened and somehow baby born. We planned to move my wife and baby to ward. When I came and ask about the rooms, the admission officer not even hearing my requirements. He says, only this room is available if you want you can take else be in labor ward itself.
4. After all these conversations, there is no way to argue so I took the room what he says. When I visit the room, the attender bed was in damage condition. And cradle was also in damaged position. I have given my complaints tegarding this. But no words from them. You won't belive me, on that day we put our baby on floor to sleep with lot of cloths covered
5. Next comes patient food. The next day night we had received idly for patient. The idly was not even boiled properly. I called to canteen service and have a complaint but they don't care about this, we also informed to the nurse there. She says we will give you alternate food. Couple of time I went and checked with the nurse regarding food. She keep on telling will inform to canteen. But no alternative food received from them. At last the patient had a coffee and bread. Sorry to say this. Bloody guys.

My best advise is don't turn to SMF hospital it's atter wast.
