Suneeta Andy — I have recharged my Tata Play account amount is reflected as balance but connection is not activated

the account was in deactived state.
I have recharged yesterday[protected] using app, it aksed to make payment to activate. initially is showed the updation of account is in progess. Now, the account balance is showing current balance is Rs. 284.34 but shows "recharge failed something went wrong try again. and TV is showing no signal. the screen shots of the app are enclosed.

please resolve to the earliest.
