I purchased the Power Backup Router (12V) with Order ID 3608777 and have already raised a return request. However, I have not received any response yet. I have also tried contacting customer care multiple times, but I haven't been able to get through.

Note: I have shared the Video & Images proofs through mail & whatsapp.

Kindly look into this matter and process my refund at the earliest.
