Sunil mehta marketing pvt ltd — Vespa Elegante 125 cc - Vehicle booked but not delivered and after cancellation no refund issued

My name is Bharath Bothra from Bangalore. This is to inform that i had booked vespa elegante 125cc on 19.05.2017 .. The salesman at Sunil Mehta Marketing Bangalore informed that the vehicle will be delivered within 15 days .. However after 15 days till last 2 weeks back i did not get any response. On calling concerned persons got very poor response and false assurance that the vehicle is on the way .. After some time they stopped picking my call.. And never they called up on their own to inform the status. Entire staff at Sunil Mehta Marketing is careless and does not respond and are unprofessional.

Moved by this action i cancelled the booking last to last week (2 weeks back).. However till date these ppl have not given any refund.. On calling last week they informed that i had not given receipt so no refund issued. This they informed after a week when I called them and they did not bother to call on their own to complete the process. Then after giving receipt till date have not got a single call for refund..

Even though elegante was not available i would have bought different vespa vehicle but looking at the response of the entire agency planned to skip vespa vehicle itself.

I was ready to buy 1.2 lakh vehicle .. Luckily they did not deliver. Or else would have been cheated after buying, looking at their response towards customer.. Hence, those who are buying from Sunil Mehta Marketing Pvt Ltd, pls be careful about how these salesman respond and how vespa company has given agencies to careless ppl like Sunil Mehta Marketing Pvt Ltd.
