Sunil — replacement of ritecheck due to lack of strips

My brother-in-law, Praveen who is an M.D., works for KIMS, Vijayawada, purchased your ritecheck gluco meter as per your company's advt and influence of local medplus shop staff. He brought it to my father for regular use. We stay in Proddatur.
I have the bill even with me now.

Now I understand that the strips for this machine are unavailable.

What is the use of your company product - if you cannot supply strips for the same.

Who is responsible for this, can you replace for some other brand machinery free of cost.

Can your company reimburse the cost involved?

If you are unable to supply strips for ritecheck - why did you sell the machine?
