I Sunny Garg, resident of Faridabad (Delhi NCR) want to complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank Fastag.
There is a Fastag with Kotak Mahindra Bank fastag on my car no. HR 16K 0009 which I had not applied for. It has been hotlisted and creating a problem with my original Fastag (Icici fastag).
When I inquired with Kotak fastag customer care they told us that it is on the name of Ajay Ahlawat (contact no. [protected] ) who is also the agent with their agent partner company AGS Transect Technologies Ltd./28 . I dont know this person.
Kotak bank fastag *never had any documents from ourside* and still they have issued a fastag on my car no.
We got to know about this *fraud* when my car windshield broke and with the change of windshield we ordered the replacement of our original fastag and our bank (Icici bank fastag) denied to reissue another fastag due to this hotlisted fastag in Kotak Mahindra bank.
As we discussed with Kotak bank fastag customer care executive it seems their partner agents issue fastag on their own name and sell it to other personnels without checking Registration Certificate (RC) of their Cars. This is *illegal* and not a right way to issue fastags. It might turn into massive chaos for genuine car owners.
WE MAILED OUR PROBLEM TO fastag.[protected]@kotak.com. THEY REPLIED THAT THERE IS NO DATA FOUND WITH THE GIVEN VEHICLE NO. HR16K0009.
BUT IT IS NOT CLOSED AS IT IS BEING SHOWN IN *NPCI PORTAL* DUE TO KOTAK MAHINDRA FASTAG
Kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis and close this fastag from Kotak Mahindra Bank fastag and NPCI as it is causing a problem in my original fastag to me.
