I ordered Inverter Battery LUMINOUS ILTT 18048N on December 17 2021, i made online payment, for which i have transaction ID in my mail, for few days there site was not reachable, after 12days i had a contact with them then they told me that my order is dispatched and will reach in 3-4 days, but Now after 25days( after ordered) and 10days( after dispatch) they are not receiving call, They are not telling any details of my order. There Coustomer support number is also switch off.
