Order placed 2+ months ago. No communication from the team. On repeated emails being sent - false promises of delivery made. Stated production time is around 5 weeks and even after 8 weeks the product has not been shipped. Extremely rude customer care agent who threatened a cancellation fee of 20%. If the company has not fulfilled their end of the bargain and delayed delivery - the customer is entitled to a full refund. FRAUD company with terrible customer service
