We admitted our daughter roshni with apollo insurance which is cash less card even though we were forced by aruna incharge to pay 5000 which we did, as per our card we are eligible for individual rooms but wantedly they shifted us to general room which was fully dirty and the attender who was attending the paitent good vomiting. Still other attender who was there request for room for which management insulated them in from of all other people. The people in front office are totally rude.
