Sunteck Reality — Cancellation of Flat no 404 in phase 3 booking

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My self Pankaj Shrivastav was visited in your naigaon office for booking of flat and did transaction of Rs 30k through debit card and your representative Mr Ajay Solanki and team explained the project details verywell and not given the decided unit on 7th floor to me and provided on 4th floor i.e 404 which is not acceptable to me and secondly, spoken the SBI representative agreed that 10:90 Scheme would be applicable and pre emi interest would not be charged against me and other day spoken with SBI senior person that whole information is wrongly delivered to me.

This is misrepresentation of information to me as a employee of Sunteck not responding me properly.

We have checked our capability that unable to make the deal and cancelling due to wrong information paased to me and this is out of budget which is not affordable to me.

So requested you to pls cancel the deal and refund the amount through original source.

Pls find attached the transaction slip of Axis bank and not provoded any receipt for the same.

Kindly acknowledge the same and do the needful at the earliest.
