Super Collection O Sarjapura Kasavanahalli — Not providing Invoice of the Bill

I recently visited the hotel "Super Collection O Sarjapura Kasavanahalli" and requested a bill for my payment, which they refused to provide. Despite multiple requests, the staff declined to give an invoice with the required GST number, stamp, and signature, which is mandatory as per Indian tax regulations. Additionally, the staff was rude and displayed inappropriate behavior when I asked for the bill, stating that it was not their responsibility. This caused me great inconvenience and left a negative impression on my overall experience.
