I bought a 1 month pass with Shuttl. In the last 10 days of my experience with the company, I have faced 5 issues where either the shuttl didn't arrive at all, left before the pickup time, didn't stop at the pickup time and was impounded midway because of some road tax issues.
On each of these days due to lack of service for which I had already paid for I had to book cabs costing me at least Rs 500.
I have screenshots from the app to prove my point. Attaching the same for reference. As per the image, the shuttl hadn't arrived untill 11:10 but according to the Customer Care Agent (Shiva) it had arrived at 11:07 (whereas the actual pickup time was 11:09), He even went on to accuse me of reporting a false complaint by saying that some other rider had taken the shuttl from the same pickup point.
However, I sent another complaint to the company where another agent confirmed that the shuttl (bus) didn't stop at my pickup point at all.
This has become a regular affair and a lot of customers are in trouble because of this.
