My
company gave me a transfer letter to change my location as on dated:
01-Mar-2014. I accepted the transfer but now they
want to change my KRA (Job Profile).
I
have experience in logistics from past 6 years and now they want me to do sales
job for them. I refused to accept the KRA change. Also I am working in a
logistics profile with this company since Jan 2013. Now they want my
resignation for refusing the sales profile.
As
they are asking me for resignation I have requested for salary hike as per
market value. Twice I have send email to HR of our company but still there’s no
reply on the email.
The
main thing to change my profile is they have shortage of man power in sales.
But as on date 01-Mar-2014 two head persons working in sales profile were fired
by giving the reason that our company sales are not much to pay them. Company
HR said them resign yourself and leave the Company.
Our
HR Priti Singh is not much qualified to handle such incidents going day by day
to our office. The thing is that in the coming month April it’s time of
increment for all working employees within company depending on their
performance. So as per my perspective to save company’s money they are asking
us for resignation, as they don't have any strong reason to terminate anyone.
Including
me they are not ready to give any termination to any one stating the reasons
they are stating.
Also
they have reduced the sales person’s salary to half. Our HR changes the policy
every 15 days without any prior notice. Owner gives bad words to the employees
working with the company. They don’t have proper management with strategic
rules and regulations.
Please
help me and my colleagues to reduce our frustration.
