Super Saravana Stores — Fooled me by saying that bed frame is made up of wood

I purchased a bed frame for Rs.16500 and it got damaged within few days. The store seller told that whole bed head frame is made up of wooden frame with out any compressed wood. Now it got damaged. I spoke with manager of T. nagar branch furniture showroom and showed the damaged part to him. He argued with us that they informed that it is made up of compressed wood and informed to us. We were treated badly without giving correct response. We still believe that saravana stores will help us for refund. I need necessary action against the behaviour of the manager and never regret himself that he is treating the customer in a rude manner.
