When i received my order on the house i saw the delivery pack was already opened and used

Sir I ordered a mi powerbank with superbdeal that product is original why I buy it but prouduct is totally duplicated for I want my refund as. Soon as my order no [protected] I buy 20000 mah mi power bank but I revive 10000 mah it not working properly
