The shoes delivered to me are completely different from the product advertised on your website. The images and description on your website created the impression of a premium-quality product; however, the shoes I received are of significantly inferior quality in terms of material, finish, design, and overall appearance. The product does not match the advertised images at all, making the listing misleading and causing me to make a purchase based on inaccurate and deceptive representations.
In view of the above, I request a full refund of the amount paid for this order. I do not wish to receive a replacement or store credit, as the product delivered is not what was advertised or promised.
