I purchased a superflame gas stop on 13th march 2019
An opening the package we found the nuts and the screws for one of the berners missing.
We tried many times to contact the customer care but did not get any response
After waiting for a week be installed it ourselves using some other screws
When i put it on the gas stove to cook chapati glass top begin to crack and soon the entire glass top was cracked and broken with glass pieces falling off everywhere. I even cut my finger with a piece of glass.
Thankfully they were no elders or children in the kitchen at that time
This could have been a very serious accident
I have tried to contact the customer care but the number given in the warranty booklet is not functional
Kindly either refund the amount or have the same replaced with a new one to avoid legal complications. replace all Was this information helpful? |
