Grievance as follows.
When we make any payment to a merchant online for shopping and when the payment is made through super Mani upi app we are supposed to get 5% or so over the paid amount.
Before downloading and using this app we searched how much we get and the Google confirm it to be 5% or so.
We mad multiple payments thru super money app, and paid rupees 2, 00 and various other amounts.
And what they have done first of all nothing was credited into our bank account and when we raised objection, instead of 5% they have shown rupees one only as cashback for one transaction. Are we beggar?
