Superplacement Services — Money Fraud

I had applied for a job abroad through this Agency i.e. Super Placement Services, Mehta Tower, Gurudwara Road, Hisar and due to some reasons they could not apply/ file my application with the Canadian Embassy reasons best known to them and due to repeated visits I was frusted and made some reviews regarding the Agency. Taking a note of it and other sources, they called on me, discussed the issue in entirety and showed their inability to file my application this time. They particularly Madam Rekha, took pain and advised me to get my application withdraw with refund of the amount they had taken as Insurance Premium/Processing etc. Yesterday on 28th of July, 2023, I visited their office and got the amount refunded through a post dated cheque with due apology. Accordingly I have also withdrawn my Other Complaint including the Police Complaint. Sometime, there arises misunderstandings and confrontations but every such complaints must be sorted out by both the parities amicably to save and time of other investigation agencies such as Police etc. With a short meeting with Shri Narendra singh ji, I really realised that the situations arised were result of misunderstanding and non-handling the situation properly. I am quite satified with their responses and have also got the amount refunded by the way of a post dated cheque. I thank all the staff of the Agency, particularly Madam Rekha and Shri Narendra Singh ji and hope they will made temendous progress in thier business by avoiding such cicumstances leading to disatifactions among the customers leading to compliant.
