I placed an order on Supersaver site on 23 feb(Order No #9921 for Set of 10 Designs SemiCured UV Gel Nail Sticker Kit with free UV Lamp). I received my package on 26 feb which was entirely different from what was displayed on site. Moreover i didn't receive the UV Lamp as mentioned on site. I requested for return on Supersaver site the very next day(27 Feb), where a message popped up that they will get back to me asap. I even marked them an email at "[protected]@supersavers.in" on 29 Feb but my email got undelivered. Till now there is no response from the seller in regards to the return of the product.
Hence i am using this platform to lodge a complaint against this seller. I want Rs.799 to be refunded back to me.
