I want to file a complaint against Super Tech Trans Logistics in case of fraud. I had booked transportation of my car from Chandigarh to Hyderabad, the owner of the company Mr Dinesh Kaushik had told me the transportation charges will be Rs14, 000 of which I made the whole payment before delivery on 7th August. On 11th August I recorded a message saying that there is a issue at Telangana border state and there was a attached bill of Rs30, 600 underneath which was written this amount is refundable please make the payment. I sent the screenshot to Dinesh thereafter he told me that he booked the car in less amount but on border the transaction of the bill has to be shown and this amount will be refunded once the car is clear and crosses the border and will receive the refund in 2 hours. After that my father made the payment and then he waited till evening but no refund came through. On asking him about the refund he started making stories that he has told the company and it will be refunded but no refund came through and 2 days passed. I checked on internet there was a similar case as of mine and complaint was put against him. Thereafter I received my car on 13th August and he said he’ll make the payment in half an hour but no payment came through and he stopped picking up the calls. Please it’s a request to all those who are facing the same problem please file complaint and FIR in your respective cities so that we can clear off such dirt from the country.
