Dear Sir / Madam,
I Manoj Kumar, resident of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh purchased a “Silicon Power 1TB Portable SSD” with Rs. 6, 699/- from Amazon on 11.02.2023 with 3 years warranty on the product. Now this product SSD stopped working and register a complaint with the brand on 20.02.2023 about the replacement/repair. Since than the brand i.e. Silicon Power in charge in India i.e. SUPERTRON ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. finally asked me to send the defective unit to their HO at Kolkata and then I sent the same to them on 28.07.2024 and they received the defective unit on 01.07.2024.
Since then the Supertron India which is selling Silicon Power product in India and responsible for providing repair/replacement under warranty is passing time and now more than 22 days are passed and neither Suertron/Silicon Power nor Amazon is helping me to provide repair replacement. Now more than 5 months are passed and I am struggling to get my product repaired/replaced, no one is helping.
So I though to complain at consumer forum to help and resolve my product service/replacement which is under warranty. Following key contacts of the company:
