Supreme Movers And Packers — not getting any information of my missing item

I have booked a movers and Packers from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 26th-june-2018 . I recieved an item after 10 days but in that one of my major item is missing. i keep on calling and asking movers and Packers people, but i am not getting any clear update on when i will recieve my item.They are just telling they will let me know in another 2-3 days, but after that they not even call.
