I have requested online through supreme solar website for water heater and on 10th march 2018, i have got the supreme solar water installed in my house without testing the water immediately next of the installation i have informed the dealer (Bheem rai -[protected]) who supplied that 1 tube color changed and i have no idea what it is, he said sir no problem it will work but now they say its customer has to pay the money and the new tube..
I have complained customer care and sent an email too but till today no technician came to the home for rectifying the issue but no one turned up.
The way bheemrai and customer care people response is ridiculous and its wors service by them..
I suggest all the customers not to go with supreme solar hence they just put blame on customer and useless service with harsh words.
