Supriti General Store, Rosera — Not exchanging or returning things

There is a shop in my town named supritee general store . The shopkeeper of this shop doesn't return or exchange my thing which I bought from here one day ago. He said go and submit your case in police station or court, I didn't care but I would not exchange your product when I had requested to exchange. He speaks very rudely to everyone and never returns any thing even never exchanges from many years.
