Suraj — frustrating services and executive behaviour | |||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I am'Suraj Gamare', customer of india filing company. I have bought service to make my'Private Limited company' and I paid on 10th april 2018, today its near about 1 month. Still they haven't finished my process. I have lot of inconvenience due to this representative and executives from this company 'Mr Abhishek Pati', to complete my process. And I had lot of misguidance occurred in the formation of bane of my company as well. I asked 'Mr Abhishek Pati' about his senior person contact or nodal office number to form my complaint, he said I am senior person and everything of this company. And he said that, you have no other option and listen to me. I am surprised when customer care also not given number of senior person to launch complaint and he transferred call again to Abhishek, but not his senior. Is this way to handle costomers or consumers??? Please help me out and Complete my procedure as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
