Surat Municipal Corporation — About street dogs creating noise

In the residential area, street dogs are continuously barking at midnight which is very disturbing and the street dogs are running behind the passing vehicle, which causes different accidents, especially, 2-wheelers.
so I drop the complaint about these street dogs and ask to remove them from the residential area.
and also there are around 10-15 dogs who are barking at midnight.
