Surat Municipal Corporation — Complain about street dogs and its nuisance

I am a student, there are around 20-25 street dogs wandering all day. and the kids are not feeling safe during the day. all dogs bark during the whole night which disturbs my study and my sleep as well. it bothers my parents too. so kindly do the rightful thing to solve this problem.
