My problem is-every night after 9:30 there is a foul smell that comes. It is highly suffocating and we suspect it comes from the neighbouring construction site. It is not a new matter and we have been marking this smell for few months now. We have stopped sitting in the living room after 9, as the smell takes over the whole place, and is unbearable.
