Surat Municipal Corporation — Street dogs barking

I am the residence of Vijaya Nagar 2A, nr.Oxford school, Udhna, surat. We are having extreme pain from street dogs. With the new born little dogs they are doing and making our street dirty and we are having trouble even walk out there. They are barking all night long and creating inconvience for people to pass by the street. our children are not safe and people are terified with this nuisance.
