Owner of plot number c 381 is constructing his residence beyond his authorized area provided according to housing board or surat municipality. Owner had acquired double area, which was vacant between his plot and road, there is no place left for other resident to come out from his home and stand.
Allotted size is 24 by 24 and construction work is going on 40 by 25. Even owner encroached in my allotted plot. During demolition of his old house they holed my wall and due to their demolition of old house by heavy machinery my adjoining wall and roof got cracked.
