Recently we have moved tp Trivandrum, Art Trivandrum it was not working .We made a comp;ant at The local Croma service Franchise( IT solutions Pattom, TVM
The sent a technician to our hoe After inspectiion he said a fuse blown a and A major Component gone faulty and to be relaced and the cost shall bear by US.We agreedd and directed to sent to pattom office
It happened one week back .
Now they are telling bill details required . But we told its not traceble but the can trace back invoice in the Mobile of Purchase bill
Anyway we agreed to pay the cost
In this regard kindly do the neeedful to repair the OVEN at the earliest
