Surtherland Gobal Service — There is No response from HR or PF Dept

Hi Team,

I am Gulam Md Thaha Sha Sharfras C was employed in Surtherland global services as a HR Associate in Trichy – Branch during[protected], I here with reached you for my PF transfer.

There is a Name mismatch as per Surtherland PF records which has caused issue in transferring the funds.

Could you please help in updating the correct details and let me know if any other details of documents required from my end to transfer the PF funds.

I tried reaching you over email and there is no response and tried generating an UAN which says the PF number is not correct?

Kindly let me know the below:

1.How do I check the PF balance without an UAN listed in PF portal, if there any other portal I could check?

2. Step to take forward the PF transfer or withdrawal.

3. Is my name updated correctly.
