Surya Publication — unknown parcel charges 950

I have recently resigereted a co. For pvt ltd, immediately after resigeration i have recieved some unknown parcel by surya publication level 5, tower c, 3c green boulevard, sector 62, noida - 201307, and asked us rs 950/- as vpp charges. I dont know who has asked surya publication to send this parcel to us or this book co is sending parcels of thier own who ever registers a new co.
