Dear Sir/Madam, I am Rishi Bhattacharjee. My registered Mobile No is [protected] and Email Id is; [protected]@gmail.com. I opened a Minor Account on[protected]. My Savings Account No is[protected] and IFSC-SURYOBK0000. As I attained 18 years of Age, the Account needs to shift to Major Account now. I called the Customer Care [protected] regarding this to update my KYC online. But the Customer Service Official denied to do so and asked me to visit a Branch of Suryoday Bank somewhere located in Orissa.
I reside in Dhubri district of Assam and cannot afford to travel to Orissa for this trifle purpose. I am ready to update full KYC with PAN No and Aadhar No through online mode. If this is not possible on the part of the Bank please do the requisite to transfer the remaining Amount in my Account to my another Account the detail of which is furnished below:
