Myself susant mahankur from kolkata. I have purchased 4 tickets for semi final match under 17 world cup which is held on wednesday (25/10/2017) at vivekananda yuvabhararti kriranagan, kolkata. At time of transaction the server was automatically fallen down and the amount has been debited twice from my account but i have not received any tickets of the match. After that i will do again the same and amount again deducted and ticket generated.
So, please help me to return my 400 x 2
Unsuccessful transaction, money which was already deducted from my respective account against which ticket not generated.
